Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).  

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

When you place an order with Farmer's Daughter Wines you may select postage or pick-up.

Pick-ups can be made from our cellar door 791 Ulan Road Mudgee, NSW. Please allow one business day for processing of your order before collecting. We request that orders are collected within one week of them being processed for pick-up.

We can ship Australia-wide. If you choose our postage option, goods will be sent via Australia Post.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be sent (and longer if interstate).

Postage costs are subject to change in keeping in line with Australia Post costs.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are  incorrectly supplied, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Farmer's Daughter Wines is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information only to identify your orders.
