Our Wines

 2010 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc -

Straw green in colour.  Lifted citrus  nose with notes of passionfruit and mixed tropical fruits.  A refreshing palate with citrus, spicy and grassy characters typically associated with this blend.

 2009 chardonnay Semillon

Straw green in colour.  A complex nose combining citrus fruit of Semillon with stone fruit and melon of Chardonnay.  A soft and fruity palate showng ripe flavours balanced by a crisp refreshing finish.

 2010 Chardonnay

 Light golden yellow in colour.  The nose is complex with stone fruit flavours, balanced by subtle vanilla oak. The palate is rich and full with citrus and nectarine fruit flavours.  A soft, creamy texture, with lingering acidity to finish.

2009 Rose

Colour of Strawberry with a gragrant nose of strawberry, melon and peach. A crisp and refreshing palate incorporating ripe fruits, melon, peach, nectarine and a hint of strawberries. The wine has a good balance of acid and sweetness and a lingering finish.

2009 Merlot 

Deep purple in colour.  A nose of cassis and blackcurrant.  Soft tannins give structure to a well rounded palate.  Velvet flavours of berries and chocolate flow from the nose to the palate.

 2008 Cabernet Merlot

This blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes has a generous palate of sweet berry flavours and ripe fruit tannins.  Ruby red in colour, this easy drinking style of wine would compliment any favourite meal. 

2009 Shiraz

Ruby red in colour. with aromas of ripe spicy fruit.  Layers of subtle creamy textures derived from oak maturation create a smooth texture and gives this wine a lingering finish.

 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon

 Deep purple in colour.  a nose of liquorice and dried spice.  Strong dusty tannins, with rich full flavours of blackcurrant.  Twelve months in French and American oak have delivered a complex wine with hints of tomato bush and ripe plums.

2009 Late Harvest Semillon

Straw green in colour.  Lifted aromas of dried apricots with a citrus finish.  Rich and complex, displaying sweet fruit and balanced natural acidity. Served chilled.

 2009 Sparkling Moscato

Lifted aromas of fresh grapes and lychees with floral hints.  A Supple mouthfeel with fresh fruit and rose water flavours.  a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity to give a fresh clean finish

 Granddaughters Bubbly

Pale straw in colour.  complex aromas of grapefruit, white peach and apple with hints of nougat and yeast autolysis.  Creamy textured palate with ripe fruit flavours balanced by secondary fermentation characters and a fine acid line.

2003 Vintage Port

A true Portuguese style made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, picked extremely ripe to give the wine a very strong black currant character. This wine will live for many years under normal cellaring conditions.
